WeShareMD Launched

In June 2018, WeShareMD officially launched its first location in San Diego, CA offering a mix of long-term leases as well as medical co-working space. Over the course of 2018, WeShareMD expanded with additional locations throughout Southern California.

ShareMD Formed

In late 2019, ShareMD was formed through the acquisition and consolidation of WeShareMD, Medicus Property, and Peak Diagnostics. ShareMD launched with an emphasis on technology-enabled, shared medical environments.

841 Prudential Drive Acquired

In February 2020, ShareMD acquired 841 Prudential Drive in Jacksonville, FL adding over 500,000 square feet of medical office space to the ShareMD property portfolio.
